GRAPEVINE Malayan Insurance Announces New Chairman The Malayan Group of Incurance Companies announces the appointment of Atty. Adelita A. Vergel De Dios as the new Chairman of Malayan Insurance Company, Inc. She joins the leading non-life insurance company in the Philippine with her wealth of experience and knowledge in the fields of insurance and banking, having been the country's Insurance Commissioner from 1987 to 1995 and a key officer of other well-known insurance companies beforehand. Atty. Vergel De Dios is also a certified Public Accountant. She became President and Vice Chairman of a large thrift bank prior to her appointment into Malayan Insurance. |
