![]() GRAPEVINE EEI Corp. Launches "Mag-ESeP!" Program ![]() In line with its Total Quality Management effort, EEI Corporation launched last January "Mag-ESeP!"-an EEI Suggestions Program (ESP) aimed at recognizing the "indispensable role each worker plays in making the company a more efficient and customer-focused business organization. EEI President Samson C. Lazo cited employees as equal partners in EEI. According to him, the ESP provides a system for recognizing the ideas of employees, granting commensurate cash rewards and recognition and the implementation of the innovation in the respective areas of operation. Suggestions are coursed through EEI's more than 200 Quality Improvement Teams in its various divisions and subsidiaries. |
