RCBC’s Response to e-Age -- Enterprise Banking

In response to the growing trend of e-banking services, RCBC launched last February its "Enterprise Banking" Internet service.

RCBC Enterprise Banking offers state-of-the-art banking solutions to the bank’s corporate clients, showing them that the bank can be both their financial partner and wealth manager. One of the key components of this service is that clients can now bank on-line, anytime and from anywhere. Services that can be accessed through RCBC Enterprise Banking’s Internet facility include:

* Accounts Inquiry for both Philippine Peso and Foreign Currency accounts. Clients can view their total balances in Peso, US Dollar, Japanese Yen or Euro Dollar;

* Transaction History, where clients can view, print or download their account activities from anywhere between their current day transactions, up to their previous two months’ transactions;

* Fund Transfer where clients can transfer funds within their enrolled RCBC accounts to other RCBC accounts, and even to another local or foreign bank account;

* Checkbook Reorder, whether these are RCBC’s regular checks or Quick Checks;

* Stop Payment Order, where clients can immediately order to stop the payment for a particular check;

* Supplier Payment, where clients can conveniently pay their suppliers through manager’s check, credit to RCBC account, or credit to other bank account by encoding the payment instruction or uploading a payment file; and,

* Payroll where clients can easily pay the salaries, advances or reimbursements of their employees by encoding the payroll instruction or uploading the payroll file.

RCBC Enterprise Banking also provides a link to the Bancnet EDI-SSSNet system that allows the electronic transfer of files required for remitting the monthly SSS contributions of a company. Once the files have been validated by the SSS, corporate clients can initiate SSS payments electronically by simply passing through RCBC Enterprise Banking.

For more information, the RCBC Enterprise Banking site can be accessed at www.rcbc.com.
