HEADLINERS Honda-Yuchengco Leads All Dealers ... Bags Major Awards The Honda-Yuchengco Group bagged all the eight major category awards in the recently held recognition ceremonies organized by Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. for its franchised dealerships. This completes the winning streak of the Yuchengco Honda dealership for the year 2000. Every year, eight major award categories are given to Honda dealerships in recognition of excellence in sales, service, customer relations and finance. All the awards in the eight major categories were won by the Yuchengco Group Honda dealerships. Honda Cars Quezon City, Inc. won first place in six out of the eight major categories, including: Post Service Survey Program, After Sales Service Contest, Prompt Payment Award, Best in Customer Relations, Service Dealer of the Year and Top Selling Dealer Award. Honda Cars Kalookan, Inc. won the Parts Highest Sales Attainment while Honda Cars Manila was adjudged Parts Dealer of the Year. In addition to the milestone achievements of the Yuchengco Honda dealerships in the Year 2000, Arnold Bergola, a service technician from Honda Cars Quezon City, won first place in the 6th International Honda Technician’s Contest. Bergola became the first Filipino to win this "Honda Olympics" in Asia which is held every two years, beating technicians from Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan. This is the first time Philippines has won this contest. |
